How to create a useful before and after report
Match the viewpoint. Stand in roughly the same position and use the same orientation for both photographs.
Add accurate dates. Dates make the sequence clear and strengthen the project record.
Describe the completed change. State what was repaired, installed, removed or improved.
Use several pairs when necessary. A wide view can show context while closer pairs show important details.
Check the PDF before sharing. Make sure every caption identifies the correct area.

Can this prove when a photograph was taken?
No. The dates are entered by the user. The report is an organised record, not independent date verification or formal legal evidence.
