Lay out panelling without guesswork
Measure the whole wall. Record the usable width and finished floor-to-ceiling height.
Choose the style and panel count. The clear openings remain equal as dimensions change.
Position obstacles. Add doors, sockets, radiators or switches using their real offsets.
Review conflicts and the cut list. Move the layout or obstacle before cutting.

Wall panelling planner FAQs
What happens when trim crosses an obstacle?
The planner marks the collision red and splits that trim run around the obstacle in the cut list. You can then decide whether to accept the break or alter the panel layout.
What is clear panel width?
It is the empty visible space between the edges of neighbouring trim pieces, not the centre-to-centre spacing.
Does the stock estimate optimise every cut?
No. It is a minimum based on total length. Real cutting depends on which pieces fit each stock board, saw kerf and defects.
Can I use this for dado-height panelling?
Yes. Enter the intended panelling height as the wall height and use zero or a small top margin.
